Sherif Saad founded the Firm in 1985 and is the Founding & Managing Partner of the Firm. Sherif oversees and heads all Firm activities and departments. Prior to establishing the Firm; Sherif was working as an Attorney at the US Chicago-based firm.

Sherif expertise covers a wide array of industries and practice areas. As a practicing attorney for over 40 years, he specializes in Coporate/Commercial Transactions, Corporate Structuring, Mergers & Acquisitions and Litigation. Sherif Saad further oversees the Firm’s various practice groups pertaining to labor matters, capital market, corporate and commercial law. Sherif advises clients on issues involving corporate and corporate issues for transactional matters. The majority of his work is typically in the role of counseling clients on all aspects pertaining to the business and respective structure and strategy. He represents, among other clientele, multi-national Fortune 500 companies and NASDAQ listed companies, and assists them in negotiating and documenting the various agreements with capital investors in these projects. In this context, he helps fund projects, formulates tax-advantaged deal structures, negotiates and structures incentive compensation, and is involved in various other related tasks for these projects.

His notable works include securing a multi-million dollar ICC Arbitral Award for an International Client and prevailing in subsequent litigation in Egypt. Sherif has further established and numerous Energy, Oil & Gas and Petroleum Corporations and advised them with regards respective Concession Agreements and Activities. He has established and advised numerous corporate entities and Joint Ventures in Egypt for multi-million projects, and has further been involved in high profile litigation and Arbitration proceeding in Egypt and at International Arbitration Tribunals.
